Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form and nothing else worth mentioning. We don’t sell it and we don’t build advertising profiles.
What we collect
If you write to us or use the contact form: your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your project. The form uses a privacy-friendly proof-of-work check instead of a tracking CAPTCHA. If we work together, we hold what the engagement requires — contact details, project materials, invoices.
Why
To answer you, to scope and deliver the work you ask for, and to bill for it. That’s the whole list. We don’t add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.
Who else sees it
Only the vendors that make things run — hosting and email — and only what each needs. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, page requested, time — for security and debugging, rotated out on a normal schedule.
Our products
Products we operate, such as Verteo and Tablecard, have their own privacy policies on their own sites. This page covers highpointlabsllc.com and our consulting work.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@highpointlabsllc.com and we’ll action it within 30 days.
